The panel body is identical to our solid privacy profile, so the sightline block is the same. The difference is the connection system: rails snap into posts and the post is driven into the ground with a steel spike anchor.

Installation

Drive the spike anchor with a post driver, slide the post on, snap the rails into the post punches and lock the slats. A 10 m run takes two people one day. For exposed sites we recommend upgrading to concrete footings using the same post.

Customization & OEM Service

Panel height 4 ft to 8 ft, panel width 6 ft or 8 ft, slat width 6 in to 12 in, and color matching to RAL codes are all available. We produce under buyer brand with logo-printed cartons and panel labels, and provide sample panels (300 mm section) for approval before mass production. Tooling for new profiles requires 20-25 days and a refundable development fee on orders above 300 panels.

Packaging & Loading

Panels are wrapped in PE film with reinforced corner protectors, then packed in cartons and strapped on pallets sized to the panel length. A 20GP holds about 320 panels of 6x8 ft, a 40HQ holds about 780 panels. Mixed loading of panels, posts and gates is supported so one container covers a complete project.
