Standard panels show rails on one side. On a shared boundary that side belongs to the neighbour, which starts arguments in HOAs and gated communities. This panel carries finished faces on both sides and hides all rails inside the panel body.

Privacy Performance

Both faces are slatted and locked, so the panel reads as a solid wall from either property. Because rails sit inside the panel, the sightline block is the same from both sides and no gap opens where rails would normally be exposed.

Installation

Because both faces are closed, panels are lifted as a unit and dropped into post channels rather than slid in from one side. Two workers, a panel lifter and 2.4 m post spacing complete about 20 panels per day. Posts must be plumb in both planes before panels go in.

Customization & OEM Service

Panel height 4 ft to 8 ft, panel width 6 ft or 8 ft, slat width 6 in to 12 in, and color matching to RAL codes are all available. We produce under buyer brand with logo-printed cartons and panel labels, and provide sample panels (300 mm section) for approval before mass production. Tooling for new profiles requires 20-25 days and a refundable development fee on orders above 300 panels.

Packaging & Loading

Panels are wrapped in PE film with reinforced corner protectors, then packed in cartons and strapped on pallets sized to the panel length. A 20GP holds about 320 panels of 6x8 ft, a 40HQ holds about 780 panels. Mixed loading of panels, posts and gates is supported so one container covers a complete project.
