Installation

7 ft panels need 600 mm deep footings and 2.4 m post centres. Set posts, check plumb over full height, then hang panels with the bottom rail 100 mm above finished grade to keep splashes from sitting in the rail. Pool side gates should open outward and carry the same privacy rating.

Panel height 4 ft to 8 ft, panel width 6 ft or 8 ft, slat width 6 in to 12 in, and color matching to RAL codes are all available. We produce under buyer brand with logo-printed cartons and panel labels, and provide sample panels (300 mm section) for approval before mass production. Tooling for new profiles requires 20-25 days and a refundable development fee on orders above 300 panels.

Packaging & Loading

Panels are wrapped in PE film with reinforced corner protectors, then packed in cartons and strapped on pallets sized to the panel length. A 20GP holds about 320 panels of 6x8 ft, a 40HQ holds about 780 panels. Mixed loading of panels, posts and gates is supported so one container covers a complete project.
